Location: Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital Elmbrook.
Shifts Available:
- Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Noon - 7:00 PM.
- Week 1: Saturday 3:00pm -11:30pm.
- Week 2: Thursday 1130am- 7:00pm.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing phone calls and computer-based check-ins with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide calm, compassionate support to individuals who may be anxious or unwell.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple systems and tasks with confidence.
- Learn and apply insurance and healthcare registration processes through comprehensive training.
